Adopt an artefact
You can now help Horsham Museum & Art Gallery to care for its unique collection by adopting one of our artefacts for a year - for yourself, or as an unusual gift. This scheme is run in partnership with the Friends of Horsham Museum & Art Gallery.
There are 12 artefacts available to adopt, chosen from across all the museum's collections and currently on display.

Horsham District Council Community Lottery
Horsham District Community Lottery is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Horsham District. Each Lottery ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize every week, with a top prize of £25,000!
Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 a week, and From every ticket sold 60p will go to good causes in Horsham District and you can choose which good cause gets 50p of the 60p (the remaining 10p will be distributed to other local good causes).

You can sign up to easyfundraising and see your favourite brands donate to the cause you care about whenever you shop with them.
It costs you nothing extra, just do your online shopping as normal via the easyfundraising site and the companies that are involved will give cash to your chosen cause, such as Horsham Museum & Art Gallery!

Donate an object
We have been collecting items for almost 120 years and our galleries would not be what they are today without the generosity of our donors. We are currently only acquiring objects which have a strong link to Horsham history and that we do not have existing examples within the collection. We are particularly looking to acquire objects prior to the 19th century.

A gift in your will
Our museum often holds a special place in visitor’s hearts and memories. Perhaps you may wish to consider including a bequest to us in your will. Leaving a gift to Horsham Museum & Art Gallery will help us to safeguard and share the history of Horsham District for future generations, and any gift whether large or small, is greatly appreciated. Please note that we cannot take gifts of objects through bequest unless they have been agreed in advance.
